Our exhibitors have many good things to say about the EXPO – year after year!

Over the past 5 years the EXPO has served the educational and recreational needs of school groups and youth organizations. This year, in 2016, we are expanding our attendees to include planners for active adult and senior group activities, because planners in both markets have common interests. That makes sense to me… how about you?

Here’s who we are inviting in each of these following two groups:

STUDENT/YOUTH GROUP PLANNERS

Educators, teachers & staff (K-12, public, private, charter & specialty schools)
• Community education directors & staff
• Park & recreation department staff
• Summer & afterschool program activity planners
• Community library program staff
• Homeschool co-ops
• Youth organizations (boy/girl scouts, churches, 4-H, YMCA, Boys & Girls Clubs, YWCA, etc)
• Childcare & private-sector education services (New Horizons, etc)
•
Tour operators who serve the student and youth market

– Adult daycare activity planners

– Travel agents
– Travel and social clubs
– SMERF group leaders

• Senior Group Leaders & Planners (residential)

Planners who attend will be looking for:
– Off-site educational field trips and student travel destinations
– Off-site day trips and overnight trips
– On-site assemblies, classes, programs, performances and entertainment
– Unique fundraising programs and opportunities

So as you can see, and based on the EXPO’s success in previous years, we anticipate a very good event, and we hope you decide to join 150 other exhibitors at this year’s 2017 MN Field Trip & Activity EXPO!
