Northrop U of MN

Minneapolis – TC Region

Located in the heart of the U of M Twin Cities campus, the newly renovated Northrop continues to be a Minnesota treasure, playing an important role in the cultural, intellectual, and entertainment life of our state. Northrop is always buzzing with both free and ticketed events, including a prestigious dance season of the world’s best artists, concerts, speakers by world leaders, comedy, film, and more. An art gallery, café, and numerous multipurpose rooms offer a community gathering place, as well as spaces to rent for a variety of occasions.

Northrop is open and pleased to continue to offer a variety of events, performances, films, workshops, discussions, and more, both in-person and online for those who are more comfortable participating remotely. In-person events will follow detailed safety requirements by the State of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota.
Registration for free online artist engagement events, films, previews and artist happy hours, and Q&As is available now.
