Jackie Robinson & The Kid is the amazing story of a man and a boy who became the best of friends, though we were different. I was white & Jewish from a small Midwest town. He was black & Christian from a big city in the East. Yet we had a friendship that lasted until he passed away. The man was baseball legend Jackie Robinson. The boy was me, Ronnie Rabinovitz.
My story is a story that inspires. I have shared my story with companies, organizations, schools & the Baseball Hall of Fame.
