SCHUBERT CLUB | Music Museum Grand Re-Opening!

Get to know Schubert Club’s new Music Museum at our FREE Grand Reopening Celebration Friday, September 24 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm and Saturday, September 25 from 9:30am to 12:00pm! Enjoy interactive performances and demonstrations by MN Percussion Trio and Jared Rush on the Museum’s Hammond B3 Organ.

Schubert Club Music Museum’s recently renovated 4,500-square-foot space is located on the 2nd floor of St. Paul’s Landmark Center. Explore our two different galleries to learn more about historical and global instruments.

Music Makers Zone
EXPLORE, DISCOVER and CREATE music in the Music Makers Zone! Here you will have opportunities to interact with instruments from across the globe. Be blown away by an instrument “tornado” – whirling with sounds from around the world. Get inside the beat as you clatter and clang along the Wall of Percussion. Try your hand at the keyboard instruments and learn to play! Come make music and learn how music is made!

Keyboard Journey
Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of Schubert Club’s keyboard collection – from 16th century spinets to iconic 20th century electro-mechanical keyboards. Explore the history and development of these instruments through the stories of their inventors, builders, and musicians.
